Parental Partnership
Parental Partnership at Warmsworth Primary School
Parents/Guardians are a child’s first and life-long teacher. Children achieve more when schools and parents work together; we have a strong commitment to developing links between home and school.
We communicate with parents/guardians regularly about their child’s progress and parents can contact staff to discuss their child’s progress at any time, in addition to the parent progress evenings in the autumn and spring terms and the Annual Report to Parents at the end of the summer term.
To actively engage with parents/guardians and help inform parents/guardians of how they can effectively support their child’s learning, we share learning regularly through this website on the child's class page, share online copies of Knowledge Organisers with parents each half-term to share the key knowledge their child will be learning.
We invite parents/guardians into school, during the school day, every half-term through parent sessions, enterprise events and family learning sessions for all year groups in school, where paretns / carers can work with their child(ren) and celebrate the learning of their child(ren) and the class as a whole.
