EFL Kids Cup

We have started 2023 with our continued sporting success. Our year 5 and 6 mixed football 
team played in the EFL Trust Kid’s Cup at The Eco Power Stadium yesterday along with 19 other 
schools. As they were awesome and unbeaten all day, they are now invited to play in the final 
against Copley Junior School on the pitch of the Doncaster Eco Power Stadium on Saturday 21st
January 2023 before the Doncaster Rovers league game against Tranmere. We would love to 
see as many Warmsworth Primary School supporters in the crowds for the final of the Kids Cup. 
A huge thank you to Mr Halstead and Miss Gibson for their continued coaching, and all the 
parents for their continued encouragement and support. Good luck in the finals team – do your 
best!
