Yorkshire Wildlife Park

Date: 16th Apr 2025 @ 4:14pm

Today the children went on a trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.  Despite it being a little windy, we managed to glimpse many of the animals.  We saw the giraffes, a leopard, lions, a tiger, the zebras, some monkeys, lemurs, and the rhinos (including the baby).  The children took part in a workshop and felt camel fur, snake skin and bird feathers.  They also met Graham the snail, Margaret the snake and some hissing cockroaches.  They walked and walked and walked.  On the return to school many of the children felt very tired.
