Year 6 - Mental Health Day 2024

There are lots of activities that can support our mental health and wellbeing - this afternoon we spent some time particpating in these activities.
We can:
- spend time with people we care about and who treat us with kindness and respect;
- enjoy time outside in the fresh air;
- be as physically active as we are able;
- be mindful and enjoy some calm, reflective time;
- learn new things or spend time enjoying our hobbies;
- share how we are feeling and ask for help if we need it;
- show kindness to ourselves and others.
