The best trip ever! We had the most wonderful day totally imeresed in the Viking way of life. We can't travel through time but this was the next best thing. It can be difficult for children to truely understand events that took place so long ago but these expiriences really allowed our children to develop a depth of knowledge that just can't be achieved in the classroom. A huge thank you to Rochelle Bagshaw for running the Great North Run to raise funds which heavily subsidised the cost of this visit.
