Year 3 Science: Spring term 2

L.O. To identify and describe the functions of different parts of flowering plants.

L.O. To explore the part that flowers play in the life cycle of flowering plants. 

Year 3 have applied their science learning to their own investigation involving the dissection of flowering plants. The pupils were able to identify more complex parts of the flower such as the stigma and the anther, and they enjoyed taking a closer look at and presenting these fascinating findings.
