Year 3 - Personal Education: What makes me me? 17.6.22

In Personal Education, Year 3 are continuing to learn about their health and wellbeing. Today we considered the question: What makes me me? We started by reading a story about a boy who was wondering the very same thing - which we really enjoyed! The main message of the story was that it is ourselves that makes us 'us' because we are all unique. We then went on to write about what makes us who we are, and we finished the lesson with a sketch of ourselves. Year 3 worked extremely hard to make their unique features clear in their drawings, such as a face full of freckles, sparkling eyes or red, curly hair.
