Spelling Bee 2024

Last night 5 pupils from Y5/6 represented our school in the annual Spelling Bee Competition at Hill House School.  They were an absolute credit to our school and all took part in round one of the final.  Mazn achieved the highest score overall and was awarded the certificate for the school winner.  Huge congratulations also to Edward, Gryff, Sarwin and Skyla who represented the school following knock-out rounds in class to determine the 5 highest scorers across Year 5 and Year 6.  Special mention to Thomas S (Y6) who narrowly missed out on the final.

All the Y5 and Y6 pupils have worked extremely hard to learn the Y5/6 spellings and should be extremely proud of themsleves.
