F2 Dental Visit

We all enjoyed the School Nursing Team's visit to find out more about dental hygiene. We discussed why it is important to take care of our teeth and the need to brush them twice a day for two minutes. We also discussed what foods are healthy and unhealthy for our teeth. We practised our teeth brushing skills. This will help us to stop the build of plaque which can cause cavities.
