Year 1 - Art - Scale Indenting

We have been using our pattern and line skills and drawing skills to create dragons scales. We used our observational skills to draw shapes to create patterns for our scales. We then chose our favourite pattern and then copied this onto polystrene using a whiteboard pen. Using a pencil we then had to indent and push in the black lines so that we could not see the pen marks. This process took patience and perservance as it was very delicate work. We hope to use these to then print our scales.
